Papa Bear: Moves every other spin and damages cars for 2 hit points. When active, a general multiplier is applied.
Deer Joe: Splits symbols in the same row when blocking a car. Moves every spin, damages for 1 hit point.
Fred the Rabbit: Constantly relocates. Each blocked car leaves behind a wild symbol and triggers movement. Can block multiple cars.
Hilly & Billy Cars
